Returns & Refunds Policy

As all products are handmade upon ordering, we are unable to offer refunds with the exception of special circumstances. To query whether your reason will be considered, please contact us with your order number and we will review this on a case by case basis.

We are unable to accept return due to hygiene and sanitation reasons.

If your package is damaged/lost during transit, refunds and returns will not be provided. However, we will do our best when contacting the shipping provider to obtain a refund for you.

Shipping Policy

We aim to make and dispatch all orders within 72 hours - if there is a dely on your order, you will be contacted accordingly about this.

Packages are sent via Royal Mail or Evri - this will depend on your choice upon ordering.

Evri Delivery (Next Day) - £3.68

Evri Standard (2/3 Days) - £2.99
